Chassia Taylor
Director, Community Engagement
Chassia Taylor is a passionate servant leader and community advocate dedicated to uplifting and supporting the Memphis community through meaningful outreach, compassionate service, and impactful leadership.
With over 14 years of nonprofit experience, Chassia has devoted her career to serving individuals and families across Memphis. Her professional journey includes work with Catholic Charities, Memphis Area Legal Services, and KIPP Memphis Public Schools. Most recently, she supported older adults through Meals on Wheels, and local arts-based programming focused on enriching the lives of seniors.
Outside of her professional work, Chassia is a devoted mother to her daughter, Cassie Marie and she is an active member of Life Church, where her faith continues to guide her commitment to service, compassion, and community.
Chassia is a proud graduate of the University of Memphis closely connected to the Memphis community she deeply loves and serves.
Known for her caring spirit, authentic leadership style, and unwavering dedication to helping others, Chassia believes that strong communities are built through compassion, connection, and service.
