Lymphedema Assistance

Our lymphedema assistance program provides individuals with lymphedema or at risk of developing lymphedema with medical compression garments to help alleviate the painful symptoms associated with the condition.

Patients must have a prescription from their healthcare provider and be medically and financially eligible to participate in this program.

West Cancer Foundation provides financial assistance to patients who are uninsured or underinsured and have an income at or below 250 percent of the federal poverty threshold and who may require assistance with co-payments.

West Cancer Foundation staff will determine patient eligibility. If all criteria are met, WCF staff will issue a voucher to the patient or in some cases send patient’s voucher directly approve vendor electronically via secure email or fax. Vouchers state which garments the patient has been approved to receive through West Cancer Foundation funding.

For more information or to request a voucher for a garment, please complete the form below and a West Cancer Foundation staff member will follow up promptly.
