Leighanne Soden serves as President of West Cancer Foundation, where she leads the organization’s mission to remove barriers that prevent cancer patients from accessing the care they need. Under her leadership, the Foundation has expanded its reach across the Mid-South Region by delivering donor-funded programs that include transportation to treatment, cancer screenings, mental wellness counseling, post-mastectomy support, compression garments for lymphedema patients, wigs, and other practical services that improve quality of life.

An accomplished nonprofit executive, Leighanne brings expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, board governance, organizational leadership, and community partnership development. She is passionate about bringing together healthcare systems, universities, corporations, foundations, and community organizations to create lasting solutions that improve health outcomes.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to accountability, Leighanne has helped position West Cancer Foundation as a trusted regional leader focused on expanding access to cancer care through innovation, measurable impact, and strong partnerships.
