Board of Directors

Mike Keeney, of counsel, is at Lewis Thomason’s Memphis office. He practices in the area of civil litigation, handling matters in state and federal court. He has extensive trial experience, as well as experience in handling appellate matters. Mike received his Doctor of Law – JD from University of Tennessee College of Law, and undergraduate degree from Lambuth University.

Mike is a Rule 31-listed mediator in general civil mediation for the Supreme Court of Tennessee.  He is also a former hearing officer for the disciplinary board of Tennessee Supreme Court. He holds the highest rating, AV Preeminent, from the Martindale-Hubbard Law Directory and has been named to Best Lawyers in America Since 2008.

In addition to serving as a founding member of West Cancer Foundation Board of Directors, he also serves on the Board of Directors for Orgill, Inc., BankTennessee, the Central Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis, Christian Brothers University, and Dixon Gallery and Gardens. He is also on the Memphis Shelby County Airport Authority Board of Commissioners.  Mike is married to the former Anne Orgill and they have two daughters, Irene and Adele.
