Board of Directors

Steve, our inaugural board president, has more than 50 years of experience in the financial industry. He is a founding member of Highland Capital Management, LLC.  Steve worked for the predecessor firm Highland Investment Corp until he founded Highland Capital Management, LLC in 1987. He earned his BBA from Pace University, in New York City.  He has and still serves on many local boards, including Memphis Light Gas & Water, Plough Foundation, Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, Memphis Jewish Community Center, and Memphis Jewish Home to name a few.

Steve freely gives of his time and talent. Not only has he been a superior leader for our board and staff his company continues to generously fund our initiatives. We are honored to have this unwavering support.  Steve and his wife Eileen, also continue to lead by example with their personal and very generous charitable giving.
