Christi Heacox

Vice President Global Sales Enablement, FedEx

As the Vice President of Global Sales Enablement, Christi leads a team of Directors, managers, and professionals spanning Americas, Europe and AMEA. Together the team is responsible for educating, equipping, and engaging the global FedEx Sales organization.

Christi began her FedEx career in 2005 in Internal Audit, where she gained a breadth of experience leading cross-functional teams and supporting strategic initiatives across the FedEx enterprise.

In 2011, Christi transitioned to the Solutions organization to support Sales Education. Two years later, she was promoted to Manager, leading multiple teams, including Sales Programs and Events, Sales Strategy, and Go-to-Sales.

In 2019, Christi became Director of Sales Enablement. In this role she ensured the right information reached the right Sales organization and customer segments – enhancing overall Sales effectiveness. She led the team through a significant transformation, expanding and evolving Go-to-Sales engagements and managing multiple content teams. During this time, she also spearheaded the global launch of Highspot and oversaw the company’s global COVID-19 response, managing and communicating dynamic changes impacting our business.

In 2024 Christi was promoted to Vice President of Global Sales Enablement, where she continues to guide, evolve and globalize Sales Enablement strategies to drive Sales education and enablement strategies for Sales and the Commercial organization.

Christi is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a BBA in Finance and Communications and an MBA from the University of Memphis.

Christi and her husband, Brad, stay busy with their son Jake and his many activities. She loves traveling the world, trying new restaurants, and anything outdoors and active, and most recently she’s taken up pickleball.
