Cynthia Bowers joins West Cancer Foundation as Director, Community Engagement and Outreach. She brings with her over 30 years of project management (Project Management Advisor) experience from FedEx Corporation where she held multiple positions. She also has over five years of nonprofit experience, which includes account management, community engagement and outreach, fundraising, relationship/volunteer management, and serving those in our community.

She has worked relentlessly in the community over the years with her church, local non-profit organizations, FedEx Family House, Toys for Tots, Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program, and many other organizations across the Mid-South. Cynthia attended the University of Memphis and Southwest Community College with studies in Business Administration.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, volunteering in the community, and working in the church as leader of the Youth and Women Auxiliary Organizations.
