Christina Guyton

Christina  Guyton is an Associate Attorney at Lewis Thomason, PC. A native Memphian, Christina graduated from The University of Alabama: Honors College obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences and majoring in Public Relations and Dance.  As a Dance major, she performed onstage in many dance concerts and participated in various professional dance intensives across the country.  As a Public Relations major, she wrote for the department’s Platform Magazine and served as an Account Executive for the department’s Campaigns Course.

Throughout college and post-graduation, Christina worked in various PR and marketing roles, in both agency and in-house settings. However, Christina felt called in another direction and started her legal career. She attended The University of Memphis: Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where she was involved in the school’s Law Review, Moot Court Board and Student Bar Association. Her time with the Memphis Law Review resulted in the publication of her student Note entitled Too Many Cooks in the Kitchen—How the Proposed Consolidation of the Overlapping Governmental Agencies Tasked with Pesticide Regulation is Deficient in Resolving Food-Safety Concerns.

When not in the office, Christina still dances and enjoys yoga, cooking and traveling.
